Vector control 1 (without studying motor parameters):
● With high performance of vector control and no sensitivity to motor parameters.

● 0.50Hz may control 150% of rated motor torque for stable operation.

Vector control 2 (without PG):

Featured Control Performance under Speed Sensorless Vector Control:
● AC motor is truly decoupled so that DC motor is operated and controlled easily.
● Right figure is for four-quadrant operation of the motor under vector control without speed sensor, in which the torque, current, speed and DC bus voltage are in rapid response while the motor is running smoothly.
● The motor can accelerate and decelerate via 0.1s instruction under rated load.
● When the motor is switched to zero-speed by normal reverse transfer, the current is free from phase mutation and vibration, and the speed is free from pulsation.
● As bus voltage is controlled stably, in the absence of dynamic braking, fast and reliable braking can also be provided for the deceleration.
Especially applicable to: CNC machine tools, fountain control, knitting machine, jacquard and other reciprocating equipments.

Tripping-free Operation
● Excellent current and voltage control technology for repeated acceleration and deceleration via 0.1s instructions in turn, so that the inverter is running stably without tripping.
● With superior load capacity, the inverter is running stably without tripping speed at any time of acceleration and deceleration and under any impact load conditions.
● With strong short-time overload capacity, it is working for 0.5s under 200% rated load and 1 minute under 150% rated load.
● Intelligent temperature control module may give a maximized play into inverter load capacity.
Specially applicable to: energy-saving renovation of injection molding machine, crane / lifting equipment, CNC machine tools, rolling mill, blast furnace feeder and other heavy equipments.

Stable Operation of Large Torque at Low-frequency under Vector Control 
● With accurate speed identification and rotor flux linkage orientation, the torque can quickly response and stably run under 0.25Hz load change.
● Starting torque: for vector control 2 without encoder speed feedback; 
                                  0.25Hz; 180% rated torque.
                                  For control vector 2 with encoder speed 
                                  feedback: 0.00Hz; 180% rated torque.
● Fixed-speed accuracy: For control vector 2 without encoder speed
                                               feedback 0.2%.
                                               For control vector 2 with encoder speed feedback 0.02%.
Specially applicable to: medium and large wire drawing machines, tube and wire processing, crane / lifting equipments, rolling mills.

Unique Solution for Transient Power-down of Power Grids
● During transient power-down of power grids, the inverter will keep running without any stop as powered by motor feedback bus until power supply returns normal.
● Upon shutdown of the inverter arising from long time power-down during its operation, an alarm will be given when the inverter is powered again.
● Support power on upon power-down, and the inverter then runs automatically.
● Deceleration time during power-down period and acceleration time upon power recovery can be set independently.
Specially applicable to: chemical fiber and textile equipments, multi-point simultaneous linkage equipments, fans / pumps, restart equipments for instantaneous power failure. 

Torque Control Operation
● Independent current loop control for true torque control.
● Support online switch of torque control and speed control.
● Optional torque setting by digital or analog means.
● Open-loop torque control mode    torque accuracy: ± 5%; torque response <20ms.
● Closed-loop torque control mode   torque accuracy: ± 5%; torque response <10ms.
Specially applicable to: rolling equipments, multi-point transmission equipments, rolling mills, printing, packaging.

Unique Speed Tracking Function
Without special hardware detection circuit and special functional key setting, within 0 ~ 60Hz range, the inverter may complete the identification of motor speed, steering and phase angle, and smoothly track the starting of freely rotating motor within 0.2s. 

Tracking mode 1:
Fast and smooth tracking of free rotation and speed of the motor without any impact
Tracking mode 2:
the motor will be turned from high speed rotation to low speed and then to normal running without any impact.
Specially applicable to: fans / water pumps, equipments to be traced on their running as required upon the recovery of instantaneous power failure.


Unique and Rapid DC Braking Stop 

● Within 0 ~ 300Hz range, the inverter can eliminate back-EMF of motor within 0.3s for rapid DC braking.
● Maximum efficiency is injected into DC current to improve braking ability.
● Without waiting for the start of DC braking.
● Free from special functional code setting for waiting for the start of DC braking.
Specially applicable to: lifting equipments, reversible rolling mills, working roll-way, weaving machines, paper making production lines.
